Throughout almost 50 years in this field, I have heard and seen the full range of situations: from births to deaths, from good health to illnesses and injuries that keep people from working, from good times to difficult periods. No one is immune to life’s twists and turns. Accidents happen. The unexpected occurs.

Some of my regional managers and directors ask me, “When are you going to retire?” I can truthfully answer, “Unless my brain or body gives out, never!” They don't want to see me go because they know I bring valuable experience to them and my clients. This is what I love to do.
